I hope you enjoyed finding 50 words. The children certainly did and couldn’t wait to tell me where they had been reading. The number of words found from metamorphosis was great but the winner was definitely Alex Tsim who had well over 100. Well done. Thank you all for taking part it makes reading far more fun than just reading books.
Next reading task as the title suggests “extreme reading.” This can take place over the next couple of weeks as I do not need the photographs in until after half term.
What do you need to do?
You and your child need to find the most extreme and safe place they can to read a book! It can be in a swimming pool, on a rugby/football pitch; during a dancing lesson, places are limitless so I will leave it to your imagination. With the photographs we will make a display. So get thinking and clicking.
We also welcome Mrs Vowles into class 3. Previously she joined us for 2 afternoons one week and three the alternative now we have her every afternoon and we are grateful so welcome Mrs Vowles.
