Dear parents
We had lots of fun in Y Graig last week and I'm really pleased with the children's enthusiasm for learning. Everyone enjoyed the fruit tasting although not everyone enjoyed all the fruits!! Look at some of the pictures on display in the infant area.
We are looking at the way baby animals change as part of our knowledge and understanding of the world and our investigation table this week will focus on the senses (Sight).
We have a visit on Thursday from Rev Parkinson who will be explaining why Christenings are important to Christians and he will show us what happens during the ceremony by Christening a doll!
We are going to be making clay teddies later in the week and we will use clay tools to change the texture and make our teddies look furry and fluffy.
We have our sponsored 'wellie walk' on wednesday and we are having our photographs taken in Welsh costume tomorrow.
Thank you to all the children who completed their homework, we now have lovely Chinese lanterns hanging up in our display. More homework will be given out next monday.
**Don't forget the Foundation Phase information evening tomorrow**
Mrs Udy
