Thank you to all the children who took part in the welly walk today and thank you to all parents for sponsorship. Mrs James is delighted with the amount of money raised so keep a look out on the blog for the grand total!! Apologies for the muddy clothes, the children had so much fun running and jumping in the mud, so did the adults and I think most of them were even more muddy than the children(photos to follow)!
SPECIAL BOX
I've introduced the 'special box' to the children this week. This box will be sent home with one child every day. Please could you help your child find something special for the box. We will then try to find out what's in the box by asking questions. When the item is shown the owner of the 'special' item will then have to explain why they have chosen it. This activity forms part of our Pesonal and Social development for the term and will help develop the children's oracy skills
