Dear parents and children
We hope you've had a relaxing  holiday. we have lots of fun learning opportunities planned for this half term. This week we will be learning about the story of Guy Fawkes. We will be using 'gunpowder barrels' for measuring in maths and we will even be using gunpowder barrels to collect our 'wow' words in our language lessons. To help us re tell the story of Guy Fawkes during the Big Write we will be acting out the story in our drama lesson.
We are going to be changing our role play area into an elves workshop soon so if you have any small boxes, tubes or cartons we can wrap please could you save them for us. We are also going to be making stars for the Llantrisant church tree festival so please could you also collect any interesting white, silver or sparkly materials.
